Sally "Ann" Pearl - Administrator
I am a licensed Adminitrator for the State of Missouri and also a registered Health Information Technician. I have been employed by Lewis County Nursing Home for the past 24 years. I served as Medical Records Supervisor and Privacy Officer for the facility until accepting the position of Administrator in 2009. I also provided long term care consulting services for various facilitiesin Missouri, Kansas and Illinois for the past 15 years. I have served on the education committee for Missouri Health Care Associationin addition to serving on the Practice Council for Long Term Care for the American Health Information Management Association. I am a life long resident of Lewis County. I live with my husband near Canton. We are the parents of 5 children and we have 7 grandchildren. I am a supporter of the Lewis County Relay for Life events and is an avid supporter of our troops. I enjoy spending time with my family.

Bobbi Utterback - Director of Nursing
I've been in the health care field since 1985. I started as a CNA in 1987. Went to college an became a Registered Nurse in 1991. I have worked for Lewis County Nursing Home for 15 years. I took the Director of Nursing position in 2009. I spend most of my free time with my 2 children who keep me busy with school sporting events and other school activities. I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, sports games, and outdoor activities.

Debbie Barnard - Social Services
I have been in the health care field for 33 yrs. I have always enjoyed working with my residents and their families to make life a little more pleasurable.I've been married to Brian for 11 years and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have twin sons and a daughter, 3 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. I love to crochet, cook and work in my yard.

You could say that I have grown up in the Long Term Care Industry. I started working in nursing homes when I was 16 years old, and have enjoyed all the many people I have taken care and worked with over the past 27 years.

For the past 27 years I've worked at Lewis County Nursing HOme for 15 years, I have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I've been married for 20 years. I enjoy reading, going to listen to blues music and playing miniature golf.
